Medicines are used to treat all sorts of health problems for patients. Despite the benefits, the burden of having to take medicines can be high: side effects, being adherent to the therapy, managing the process, getting a prescription and buying, knowing what and how to administer, working with different professionals, being cared for in a safe environment, ... Many patients struggle and nurses can help!
NuPhaC supports research, education, practice and policy making for nurses in pharmaceutical care and medication management, so care giving is improved.
