DeMoPhaC

We submitted a grant proposal for DeMoPhaC for Erasmus+ funding. Hopefully, we will be able, togheter with partners of 14 European countries, to build a model for nurses' role in interprofessional pharmaceutical care for EU nurses, and to translate the model to specific learning outcomes.
