This was NuPhaC Winter Conference 2024!
What?
On 13 and 14 December 2024, NuPhaC organized its second Winter Conference. This two-day live only event addressed integrated care for high quality and safe medicines use. Distinguished experts in the field presented important findings about recent research on medication adherence and treatment burden, medication self-management and patient empowerment, medication safety and the use of technology, quality of prescribing and medication monitoring, sustainable use of medicines, interprofessional and transmural pharmaceutical care.
Why?
The winter event offers nurses, pharmacists, physicians, clinicians, researchers, educators, policy makers the opportunity to present their own research during oral and poster sessions.

Many of the participants appreciated the opportunity to engage with experts and peers, exchange insights, and discuss the latest developments in pharmaceutical care. The interactive sessions and practical applications of research findings were particularly well received.
